Most of our Life Skills Training efforts focus on strengthening our Life Skills Academy’s infrastructure, including the development and maintenance of tools, resources, and support to better serve our growing network of young students and professionals.

With 50% of our Life Skills Training costs consisting of our Life Skills Academy and Community Projects, our work is centered around enabling our students to better their own communities while also bettering themselves.
Your donation directly allows us to maintain a safe and trusting environment for our young members to gather and collaborate weekly. Through our year-round Life Skills Academy (LSA) program, students learn, explore, discover their strengths, overcome their weaknesses, and let their voices be heard as they embark on a lifelong journey of learning, guidance, and experience.
Students exhibit their life skills learning and development by actively participating and leading community projects. By providing a platform for students to transform their budding dreams into real-life projects, we allow students to see first-hand the legacy of change that they can enact in their communities. In the pipeline for the 2020-2021 fiscal year, AASuccess has many exciting student-led projects:
- Life Skills exchange program between Vietnam and U.S
- Giving back projects with an emphasis on STEM skill sets
- Annual YouthCon Scholarship
- Mental Health Retreat for students
