Lasan Tan Hung is a charity school which was established on August 1, 2000, on a piece of land leased by an elderly pensioner in the middle of a underdeveloped neighborhood in District 7, Saigon, Vietnam. The school provides education to children from poor areas, helping them to be literate and develop good character.
Currently, the school serves 150 students from underserved families in Saigon and nearby provinces. The students are divided into 5 classes ranging from 1st to 5th grade. The school provides free classes in main subjects such as Math, Literate, and English.
Since January 2019, AASuccess has collaborated with Lasan Tan Hung to provide virtual English & Life skills training courses, starting with a pilot program of 3 students.
