About Sivita Dorm
Sivita Dorm is an all-boy charity dormitory that was established in 1994 to provide low-cost dormitories for students from suburban areas and small provinces in Vietnam who come to Saigon to attend universities. Operated by Lasan Taberd, a Christian group, the dorm’s mission is to provide a safe place for youth to study far away from home, while teaching them about religions and nurturing the spirit of giving-back in them.
Thanks to Dave Nguyen’s visit during his business trip to Vietnam in 2018, key connections were established to bring the virtual English & Life Skills Training program to Sivita Dorm.
The pilot DELTA Success College Level program was officially launched in Summer 2019 with 8 students, all of whom are junior or senior college students in Saigon, Vietnam.
