    “At AASuccess, we teach students the power of giving back. This year’s YouthCon theme, Act with Impact, challenges you to take meaningful actions that create lasting positive change. Imagine you have $300 to turn your ideas into reality: how would you use it to make a significant difference in your community, the world, o the lives of others? More importantly, how can your actions inspire your peers to join you in creating change?”

    Eligibility

    1. The applicant must be a middle or high school student
    2. The applicant must live in the DMV (D.C, Maryland, Virginia)
    3. The applicant must attend the oral judging round on March 1st, 2025 at the AASuccess office Address || 6521 Arlington Blvd., Suite 502, Falls Church, VA 22042 if qualified.
    4. The applicant must be able to attend the 2025 AASuccess gala on August 9th, 2025 in Northern Virginia
      1. The AASuccess gala is an event where AASuccess shares about its ongoing and completed projects in order to raise money for its future endeavors. 
      2. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be presented their awards at the gala. 
      3. The 1st place winner must share their project results during the gala award ceremony.
    5. The first place winner must actively participate in AASuccess activities, it is recommended to attend at least 4 AASuccess Saturday meetings throughout summer of 2025 prior to the Gala. (Contract will be signed prior to starting the project) 

    Timeline

    12/01/24: 2025 YouthCon Application officially launched 

    1/12/25: Essay and online application closes 

    2/08/25: Release Essay results 

    3/01/25: Oral Presentation (must be able to attend in-person) 

    3/08/25: Release final results 

    06-07/25: Summer Internship 

    8/09/25: Award Ceremony/Gala
