In this time of increased concern over the COVID-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our community is our utmost priority. As a result, AASuccess is taking multiple measures in order to ensure a safe environment for all guests at our ceremony, such as:
Mask Requirement – All guests will be required to wear a mask while at the ceremony. Free masks will be provided by AASuccess at the venue; however, guests may bring their own masks.
Microphone Sanitation – In order to ensure the safety of our guest and student speakers, each microphone will be properly sanitized after each use. Foam microphone covers will be provided for each guest speaker as well.
Sanitation Stations – There will be multiple stations throughout the venue where guests can go to clean their hands using the proper sanitary supplies.
Table Layout – Our event will strive to adhere to social distancing guidelines by seating no more than 3 guests to a table, with tables spaced out accordingly. Immediate family members, as well as guests who arrive together, will be seated together.
