Jim Kelman is a retired Foreign Service Officer. Jim has served in the Public Diplomacy cone and been posted to Singapore, Manama, Cairo, Vienna, Tokyo, Seoul, Paris, Bangkok, and Hanoi. During his last Stateside assignment, he was a Senior PD Advisor in the International Security and Nonproliferation Bureau. He has had extensive experience managing press operations, public affairs activities, congressional relations and served for several years as the Acting Director of the Exchange Visitor (J-1) Program. Most recently, he ran a Korean-American youth exchange program for the Korea-US Science Corporation Center. Jim received his BA in Government/International Relations from Clark University and his MPA in Public Affairs/International Affairs from the University of Connecticut.
